    • WG (Working Group) ※ any roles that are essential to operate DAO, will continue their position until the next operator appears. a new proposal will be written to hire new WGs
    • Council ※ hence Council shares same roles, council itself will be considered as an entity : responsible for 3 roles (review proposals, share opinions, and kick/ban users in Discord) with $1,500 salary per month. ※ Number of council members, salary and roles may be modified. a new proposal will be written to hire 5 council members. ※ current council members will continue their position until the next operator appears and they must submit their applications if they want to continue their position.

      • Promotion will be carried out after poster production and finalizing the topic (after 3/12)
    • Confirmed with 7 speakers
      • Currently discussing detailed topics with each speaker (to be fixed by 3/12)
    • Poster designer has been hired
      • Poster production is in progress (target completion by 3/12)
        • X-banner/poster printing/production platform needs to be confirmed
    • Confirmed with Off-line Venue for the conference
      • Venue inspection and rehearsal scheduled
    • Recruiting artists for promoting exhibition (no compensation, for exhibition purposes)
    • Budget planning in progress (70%) - expected to be fixed by 3/12
      • Personnel expenses, venue rental expenses, PR/marketing expenses, event/prize costs, other expenses (camera, iPad, speaker, microphone rental, Zoom Pro account, etc.), food/snack expenses, etc…
