Role & Responsibility of the Multisig signer

• Term of the multisig signer is 6 month
• At least 2 month before the term expires, the operating head multisig signer must make a proposal regarding extension of the term or new composition of the multisig signers.
• When the total number of signer is subject to be changed, proposal needs to be passed under Core : Process & Infrastructure
• Multisig signers are required to sign the transaction within 3 days.
• Head of the multisig signer group will be responsible for managing R&R and proposal of the multisig signer composition.
• When multisig signers resign, head of multisig signer should make proposal to fill the spot.
