This document serves to illustrate GhostsProject DAO’s compensation structure and evaluation methods. GhostsProject compensates core contributors such as Working Group and Council through the GhostsProject treasury. More information about the core contributors can be found here 👇
Currently, all positions are categorized into levels. The core contributors are those who get fixed and bonus compensation depending on individuals’ compensation level. Those in the level 0 are members who volunteered to serve this community. Non-regular positions or voluntary staff members like level 0 are very common in the NFT project community management industry and mostly get opportunities to participate in exclusive whitelist spots.

There are 4 different compensation levels in the regular positions and the roles are as follows: moderator, council, manager, and director. There’s a level0 core contributor without fixed or bonus compensation where compensation level is zero.
Compensation level is directly proportional to the monthly compensation and the compensation level varies by roles and commitment:
There will be an evaluation every half for all core contributors with more than level 1 through the operational budget proposal and the compensation level will be updated accordingly.
It is completely acceptable for any Working Group and Council member in any compensation level to have another job in real life or in another NFT/crypto community under the condition that he or she is presenting ideal commitment.
