WG before DAO

What is a Working Group(WG)?

Working Group is the pre-form of DAO, composed of Community Managers and Moderators. WG serves the community and assists the founding team to deliver the promised roadmap. WG sets and achieves independent tasks that will benefit GhostsProject.

Vision of WG

The vision of GhostsProject WG is to assist the founding team to deliver promised roadmap such as Memories & Fragments, the participatory art event that provides the right to holders to decide the future of the GhostsProject world, and allow Ghosts holders to have the freedom to live as Ghosts in the metaverse era by using the motion capture technology which MYTY provides. We also serve the duty of successful transition to the GhostsProject DAO.

WG Structure

<aside> 💡 Community Managers

Belong to a specific Working Group and serve a specific role within it. CMs are the ones who actually take initiative by making plans and actions on tasks related to both common and independent objectives. Each community manager is responsible for the quality of action taken. Community moderation within discord is a common responsibility of CMs.

Moderators

Assist CMs of the Working Group in properly delivering the planned task and actions. Managers assign specific tasks to moderators according to the process and structure of the work.

- Set up and maintain all Discord-related activities.
- Manage discord server as the main interaction space of all Ghosts holders
Marketing WG
- Increase the exposure and value of GhostsProject as an attractive digital art toy by delivering its utility to the NFT Space
- On-board talented artists and diverse community members

Dao WG

Establish and maintain a sustainable and legally safe DAO for GhostsProject

Build infrastructure for decentralized decision-making process for healthy and sustainable DAO
